  anyone know how to delete a program that you downloaded onto you BJ II. I installed express mail but want to get rid of it now. anyone know how to do that???

  not in the 6.1 either and you get some crappy generic ringtones you can't use your own on any of the text.

  The Black Jack 2 Screen Defect. This is my 2nd BJ2 in 6 months. I had my 1st BJ2 for about 3 or 4 months and the screen had developed some kind of liquid behind it. Not from me. After a few weeks dirt and liquid behind screen. Take it back to At&t won't do anything about but will give me 10% off on new BJ2 in Pink. So Stupid me bought another BJ2 1 week ago. Yesterday saw a little crack line in corner an hour later the hole screen is black. I had Gel case for protection, I did nothing to crack screen. Store will not take it back or repair it. AT&T and the BJ2 should be tarred and feathered.

  you have to call the tech support and have them get you back to the warenty dept. I had my screen falling into itself and they replaced it just fine. I had mine frist one for 10 months or so.

  ok guys here it is .....saving bettery life...dial *#1546792*# then hit 2(network&call settings)then go to 4 (network order)hit gsm first hit done then go to option 5 (network mode) hit gsm this takes you out of the 3g mode and puts you in edge mode.saves tons of battery life.also for more hacks go to samsung blackjack hacks......lots of cool info and more codes.

  my problem so far with bjII is that I have synced all of my music to the storage card..now it won't play songs continuously....I have to go back up a page, pick the next song, and play it. Each one individually. It sucks. Can anyone help me with this? BTW, I work with a girl who has the IPhone..I would not want it. The internet is slow, if you get the new iphone, you HAVE to get the internet per phone which was when I checked into it 30.00 mon per phone. BS. Phones are cheaper now, but......I tried to send her a multi m msg. pic, she couldn't open it, but everyone else could on their OLD phones. She couldnt even download it. Now if you want to be online a LOT on your phone, the iphone is the way to go. But so far, I like the BJ.

  You have to first update your library and then open the songs from inside the library, rather than clicking on the individual song file. Then the songs will play continuously.

  my daughter has a bj2-the phone only works on speaker phone cannot figure how to get it to work without speaker,ive tried speaker on/off,nothing is working,can anyone help?

  Dont do the duo..... I live on the fring of a good signal. Generally about 1-2 bars in my house. Many phones out there (any blackberry, moto q global (w9h), razr v3xx will talk ok 99% of the time... The pantech duo and the samsung black jack one were both the reverse... most of the time no signal at all.... very weak.

  I dont know what ya'll crazy ppl are talking about i have been using my bj 2 (blue) for about 3 weeks, my battery life is great i can go 2 days without charging it and thats with constant text and minor talk and web. I dont have all 3g all the time but i always have quick web browsing speed. I dont have any dirt or anything under my screen. My only 2 probs is the screen is kinda small and the WM6 sorta sucks. My second problem is the camera lags way bad and i cant copy my contacts all at once to the phone. I had to take it into the store and the dumbass who "copied" my contacts lost them all.

  i've had my blackjack2 for almost a year had to have it replaced because the screen was messed up. but I love this phone I have the windows 6.1 and it's so nice it's a lot more organized and all around better phone I won't go back to a regular cell phone ever again.

  I have a bj2 and having trouble with the registry. I have tried to edit the ringtone limits, upon going into the hkey registry under sound I don't have a filesizelimit. Is there a way to add that file or another way of editing this file. Thanks for the reply Ron

  Hi! I have a question about this phone. Ive had it since Christmas of 08 and I absoloutly love it but ive recently had a problem. After I send a text message it says this thing that says Info: Message Sent and it used to go away within 10 second but now it will jst stay there. It wont go away until I press okay and I cant recieve messages or do anything. I tried turning it on and off, taking the battery and the sim card and it still does it. It really bothers me! Please Help!!!

  everytime i turn it one everything is fine then two seconds later or more, it says goodbye and shuts off... i dont know what to do, i've rebooted it, taken out the battery, everything...

  i had my first blackjack2 for about 3 months, then one day, i get a text, and i press the message button at the bottom right corner, and noting happens, i tried it for about 15 minutes, nothing would come up, then i pressed start, and clicked on messaging, and nothing would happen, the next day, it tried it again, it would cme up, but it would take about 30 minutes, and i tried to reply to a message, and it would take a couple of hours to send, and it would freeze up all the time, and everything was really slow, i tried taking out the battery, sim card, everythng, and nothing worked, so i bought a new one, full price, brand new, and a month and a half later, the exact same thing happned, and its not my sim card, because i put it in my friends phone and it worked fine, so what is it? can u tell me how to fix it?

  That tends to happen whenever the text messages bunch up. There is no limit to the amount of messages you can store, per se, but it's just like a computer. The more stuff you have stored on it (like undeleted texts) the slower it will process information.
