I have a Binatone satnav which I use and it's good BUT I cannot find any updating downloads for it ! Any ideas ? Paul ..............sruse@btinternet.com THANKS

The Binatone carrera X350 is the worst sat nav i have ever had mysat nav is about 5years behind on updates, and when you do go to binatone online they flob you off with rubbish thanks for stitching me

i can't go trought to the main menu. i only have the option of navigation, gps recdeptor or

i can go to the main menu. i only have the option of navigation,gps receptor or settings. from here i can't go on to destiny and maps.

HI! MY BINATONE A350 BOUGHT IN UK, INCLUDED WESTERN MAPS IS WORKING WELL IN FRANCE, GERMANY, HOLLAND, SWITZERLAND...NOT IN ITALY! SOMEBODY COULD TELL ME HOW DOWNLOAD ITALY'S MAP??? THANKS GRACIAS THANKS

Put X350 on car battery to charge battery; after 5 hours was still not charged, although screen was available. Moved to USB on computer only to have a small window on computer tell me there was something wrong with connection and device may not operate. Battery indicator on X350 is still flashing alternately red and green and battery graphic top rh of X350 screen shows part orange, part red. What else must I do?

I have bought the A350 but need the full range of maps and not just western europe. If anyone can send me the link where to download please do.

my binatone carrera x350 will not go past the screen where it goes on it has ok at the bottom of the... When i press the screen i hear the click of it resgidtering but goes no further

visited my friend in the wychwoods earlier in the year, made my way quite successfully from York down there, was raving to friend how great it was, (and I had used it to get to stevenage the week before without incident) We decide to go shopping in witney, well neither me nor her new the area at all, moira (sat nav) to the rescue...er no!!! it took us two hours to get out of witney, in the end I put it in its box and haven't used it since. AA route planner every time, never lets me down!!!

To have an Europe map, you can call the help line of binatone and pay 62£ to recive your map...
it is better to buy a sat nat with the maps already in.
